The aim of this project was to create a seasonal cookbook with meatless recipes for meat lovers and provide them an appealing alternative. Meatless meals for vegans and vegetarians are well known but might not fulfill the same purpose for meat lovers, which is texture and taste. We are confronted to an issue : we consume too much meat which has a huge impact on climate change. We need to change our diets. Meat lovers are introduced to an environmentally friendly solution that has a smaller greenhouse gas footprint. Moreover, we can reduce global warming by saving 15400 litres of water per kilogramme of beef and lowering greenhouse gas emissions up to 30%. We want to create more transparency and communicate to the people that with a small bite we can make a big difference for humankind. Therefore we are introducing meat the future.
